I charged my order to Visa and received email from Company on Jan.14, 2003 that Visa had gone through and order was confirmed. I have received no reply as yet to 4 or 5 emails regarding delivery of the order and I can, of course, never get through by phone.
I have been recently widowed and, believe me, this aggrevation is just about the last straw. I'd like them to just give me my money back and get out of my life.
