Dont pay his cleaning contracto

I Got cleaning company in Fort McMurray, contracting some job from Nortern OPrpperty Management, they old me $4000 from april first 2012. From the first week of june, Every week been there and asking for my cheque, told me different story . JUST WANT TO TELL TO CLEANING COMPANY BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.
