Unauthorized payment

I signed up for a FREE government grant pak (CANADIAN) and was charged twice on my mastercard in AMERICAN dollars. One charge was for $2.22 and the other charge was for $65.69 I want these charges reversed on my mastercard immediately. I have never received anything. mdyck1#shaw.ca
