Signed up for Don Burnham's IAI real estate training course which included 3 classes supposed to be held in vancouver. paid more than $10, 000 for the package. after the 2 classes, they never honour the 3rd class on creative financing. its been more than a year now and have not heard from them.
tried to get refund from my citibank m/c, they told me after 30 days they are not able to dispute it for me.
caveat emptor... in the future its a good idea to google potential vendors before major transactions.
if i had, i wld have discovered these crooks were on many consumer complaints websites.
a bitter and expensive lesson. hope everyone else can benefit from my mistake.
