Kicked person out at -25 with no jacket

My cousin went to Union hall last night (feburary 9 2011) we was kicked out for what ever reason... but they did so and did not allow her to get her jacket. it was -25 and im sure wind. she could have frooze to death. the police did nothing to hell... this is not the first time i was disappointed with union hall. my friend got kicked out because he was pushed they thoughthe was to drunk he was push...i feel like union hall should be shut down it is not a very good club. its run poorly.
