I will keep this short and to the point - DO NOT DO any BUSINESS with this individual - he is very sneaky, untrustworthy person - very manipulating, plays dumb but knows exactly what he is doing. If you HAVE to do business with him, make sure you have all loose ends tied up and everything in a legal document - nothing by the shake of a hand.
