I admit I was curious to try a weight loss tea. I signed up for a free trial and paid only for shipping. I attempted to cancel the tea during the trial period and had a difficult time contacting anyone at the phone number provided. The call asks you to submit everything in writing and e-mail your comments, cancellations, billing inquiries, etc. After writing an e-mail with no response I assumed the matter was finished. But soon I discovered three charges on my credit card: two different charges for the tea I never received, and one charge for an on-line support service for those that ordered the tea.
After many calls and e-mails later, I still have those charges on my account and am extremely upset. The tea does not work and the company does not apparently work with any ethics at all. I hope no one else falls victim to their stupid offers again!
