I have a report about Mavericks Communications (who may be dynasty now). They are run by Cydcor, and the Canadian representative for Cydcor is Michelle Smith. The owner of Mavericks is/was Sylvan Williams, and the "satelite manager" for the windsor branch was Kenneth Dorey.
They took me in (as a door to doorsalesman), I noted their power of persuasiveness, and cult-like morning sessions. The room we would practice our pitches in was called the "impact room".
Here is the sad part of the story. Our campaign was for a charity in which part of our office travelled to Toronto to the headquarters of Foster Parents Plan. We lied to them and told them it was our first charity, meanwhile we were aslready affiliated with World Vision, a seperate charity.
At a point in time, we travelled to the London office. Michelle Smith was there (the big head hancho who apparently has sex with people she hires on and uses that as a way to be close to them). She made a deal with everyone in that office that the highest roller that day would get a $400 bonus. I knew I would get it because I was in a good mood that day. Guess what? I was the highest roller. I counted on that money. This has been about 5 months since I've QUIT and, now apparently the Windsor office is gone to nothing and there's no way of getting ahold of anyone.
They used to have ME drive to our turf everyday, so I was spending a load in gas money, but no one "had any money" in my car groups ever. I couldnt refuse to drive because I still needed to get to my turf and no one else drove because they're all a bunch of sex/money-hungry bums!
