ICare Timeshare Marketing Group, Inc
Javier Salesperson License TP-17001 Timeshare Scam Artists

I was contacted by one of Icare's representatives in Aug 2009. I was assured of a firm offer and approved Buyer for my Flexi Club Timeshare Points and was given the steps and timeline of the transaction to completion. Upon this I paid them $1, 621.00 on Aug 20, 2009. My initial contact was with Javier (Sales Person License Tp-17001.

They never returned my numerous phone calls and voice mails or replied to my numerous emails.

I received a call from Amy Wada on Dec 29, 2009 and she once again assured me of a qualified and approved buyer and a firm offer. Upon my asking why it took so long and why the time line provided initially wasn't followed, she said that the Buyer had to get a 2nd loan approved, but everything was ready now.

I asked her why I my voice mails and emails were never responded on, she said that they had employed five new employees now.

She confirmed the selling price and then explained that they were able to even get my initial fee back. Amy then continued asking a further fee of $1, 194.00 for selling my existing/accumalated points to date.

At this point I explained that I do not mind to pay this amount, but only after proof of the contract and offer. At this point her attitude started to change. Eventually she said their Title Company will contact me with proof and contractsafter 25 days. Needless to say that date has come and gone without any contact from anyone.

I tried to contact ICare during this period, but was unsuccessful. I once got someone answer and was promised that a Manager, Steve Hossna on ext. 4009, will phone me back. Well, no surprises here anymore - no one contacted me.

After a serious email I sent once again, I was phoned by "Natasha" (probably all fake names). She promised me that she would get Amy to phone me and said she does not want "unhappy Customers". I'm sure you can guess by now - yes, no one phoned me.

I believe they deceived me and others on purpose and that no Offer ever existed.

I believe this company should seize to exist and that all their officers and employees should be jailed in order to protect existing and future victims.

Please be warned from my and others' experience with this company and others like them. Never deal with them and never pay any fees upfront. I am a Real Estate Investor that often complete deals based on trust, and yeah, this one came back to bite me. No wonder the Timeshare and Timeshare Re-Sale industries have such a poor reputation.
