Promised goods paid for but not received

Maria Duval keeps sending me letters of request promising great things/talismens of good fortune, if I return the forms provided and send $59 CAD with each form. I have, foolishly, sent up to 6 or 7 returns and am "out" over $300 CAD! I have NEVER yet received any of the items promised so how can I return them for a full refund when nothing has been received! Being a senior, I find myself having been gullible enough to believe in this idiocracy, as I, myself, am a spiritual person (Christian) and would love to help my family more before my demise! How stupid could I have been? I guess I was caught at a very vulnerable time, having been looking after a sick husband for a long while.

I now wish to register a complaint on this person by way of this "complaint"
