I research the "Claims agent" Mandy Hill or Bill Jay phone # 1-905-781-3609 and it was unlisted but was a cell number. Researched FPC Distribution and they are a holding company. When I researched "Consumer Promotion Draw" found "complaint".
Not quite the same information, however simular. So I called the bank the check was drawn on, PNC in Maryland... Yes it is a scam. and the bank clerk was nice enough to tell me... please don't deposit the check. Glad I found this web site ..use of familar names made it sound almost plausible. Glad I checked it out!
