I have never been threatened in my life by making a simple complaint obout un swupervised field staff and overbilling on my credit card. This company is rediculous. They sent out two individuals who were lazy, slow and were actually using long foam pieces for moving and having sword fights in our office area.
When we complained to the general manager, he lied and stated our receptionist had said we had a pleasurable experience. What he didint know was he couldnt have spoken to our receptionist, her grandmother died the day of the move and she hadnt been back to work since. He then proceeded to manipulate me and threaten me if I canceled my credit card transaction.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD
