I got a letter saying I'd won a promotion/sweepstakes lottery program. With the letter was a check for $2, 950.00. The letter said to call Ms Gloria Ballard to confirm reciept of letter and check. I called, Gloria asked me to deposit the check to pay for "customs fees" as the winnings were from and international source and were won online. Then I was to call her once the check clears and make a check out to someone else... which is as far as I got in my conversation with Ms. Gloria ho. I was promised a check for the balance, $122, 050 to be delivered by UPS. The check really looked legit and was drawn on a regionally local bank. I wish I knew how to put a monkey wrench into their plans as I'm sure some people have already been taken in.
