, Final Notice... Winner of Sweepstake and Lottery Draw

I received a letter from this company stating it was my Final Notice and that I was one of the winners in the second category of Sweepstake and Lottery Draw held on July 1, 2007.

They gave me the serial number for my ticket 38745014AL and the lucky winning numbers 22-87-76-44-24.

I was informed I won the sum of US $450, 000.00 and enclosed a check for US $4, 975.00 which id deducted from my winnings and is for the purpose of paying the Non Resident Government Service Tax (GST).

And I should contact my assigned claims agent, Katherine Anderson or Sean Hamilton at 1-778-317-0320.

Please do not act on this notice until you speak to your agent.

It was signed John Garfield (Promotions Manager).

I have not acted on this because it sounded too fishy.
