I received a check in the mail for $4975.00, with a letter with it saying we are pleased to advice you that you are one of the winners in the second category of Sweepstake and Lottery Draw held on JUNE 20, 2007.

Your ticket with serial number 38745014AL drew the lucky winning numbers 22-87-76-44-24. So I typed in the serial number and found this web page with a report that had the same serial number and winning numbers.

The letter tells me the check is to assist me in paying the 'Non Resident Government Service Tax (GST). The tax is $3, 175.00 payable by Money Gram or Western Union. I have not taken any action yet.
