I purchased an Ipod Nano from Ipodsrule.net for $145.00 processed through Pay Pal. The 7-10 promised delivery turned into 3 weeks. When my daughter opened it Christmas morning, we knew sopmething was wrong. Our first clue -it was written in Chinese.
She figured out how to translate it into English, but that was the extent ot it. It would not download music, and even though we charged it all night, could no longer get any power after Day 1.
We took it to a local retailer that sells Apple Ipod Nanos, where we learned we had been ripped off. Even though it came in Apple packaging, it was not an Apple product. First, Apple does not make Pink Ipod Nano's in 2G, and the connections, the design and the color are indicative of a fraudulent product.
I immediately came home and e-mailed Quebec, Inc. at [email protected], the e-mail address I was given at the time of sale. I never received a response. We then took it to a local Apple dealer, and they also confirmed it is not an Apple product, but a counterfeit. I have asked for a refund, but have yet to receive anything. My next step is to go after PayPal for the refund.
