I recieved this one letter congratulatory letter stating that i was the winner in a drawing out of 8000000 names who signed up for the North American Sweepstakes as part of this International Promotions Program. It said the winning ticket and won in the third catagory. The lump pay out was $95, 000 which was shared among 19 international winners. Dont be fooled it is a SCAM
