Ripoff shortage of pay

I told stelumar to stop putting my pays into the bank because i was having problems getting money out of my bank and requested to get manual cheques until the matter was resolved but they refused to do so. so now i have a new bank account but i haven't recieved 2 pays totaling 1230.40 that they refuse to pay me.
