He hires people on contract under false pretenses. He over infaltes earning potential, lies about the way the business is handled and doesn't provide any useful tools whatso ever to get the job done. You are required to have a second line, with a 1-800 number and a computer to do staffing. Hires people to work from home then lets them go after a month or so and doesn't pay them. Owes all employees he has had in last 10 months money.
I worked for Nigel Corneal, Thinkbdm for only 2.5 months. I decided to quit becasue I was putting in over 60 hours per week in the job and he started harrassing me to produce. He became evn more abusive after I told him I had to quit. He was doing this to all the folks he had on board. I sent him my last invoice and he refused to pay it saying he didn't get value for his money. He now owes (to the best of my knowledge) 5 other folks money.
I beleive his intention all along is to hire people, get them to do a whole bunch of interviewing to get his applicant database filled then lets them go. I don't beleive he ever intends to pay anyone at all. I am owed over $2500 from this man.
He abuses the most vulnerable, because all the folks he hires are moms looking to work from home to spend more time with their kids.
Don't let him scam you, he advertises all over Canada and the US.
