Zonecom was nasty to me as an employee except for poojah who happens to be the owners wife. sales and customer service were all operated from the same floor. as i remember correctly Amid, the owners brother was in charge of shipping out packages. we were instructed to mislead customers during sales techniques, and would always tell them what exactly they would be getting. another thing which zonecom was at fault was not delivering merchandise when they were supposed too and they were extremly stinchy when it came to refunding. actually unheard of, unless some canadian threatens them with police or a lawsuit.
