I made an order for may long weekend with this compnay online. i received a confirmation email verifying the date and time. when the flowers did not arrived i attempted to call the Order Inquiry line and was put on hold for 2 hours before i gave up, i assumed they were closed for the weekend. I tried calling again the next day and was again put on hold for an hour when i gave up. I emailed a complaint and was informed that they do not deliver on weekends or holidays even though they accepted my money, data, and time AND sent confirmation. i then tried calling them back again but this time choose the sales department at which time I was put into contact immediately with a representative. I explained the situation with the rep and was informed the same that they do not deliver on weekends or holidays. i was informed i would be recontacted by a manager next business day. I am still awaiting resolution with the BBB.
