After reading all this I don't feel quite as stupid as I did at first... that must make us all feel better somehow. I also have not received any product and keep getting unauthorized debits of 38.41-- I called the cancellation # 888-541-0915 had it cancelled, of course, and argued for a refund- the response was that they were back ordered of the product and I got an email explaining this... right. I talked to my credit card cmpny and put them onto it- and cancelled my current card #! This all happened today so the nest couple weeks should be interesting. Ive worked in call centres and I can only imagine the BS that their staff are spoon fed- It is sad and disgusting- That keeps me from becoming completly irate-- knowing I don't have to do That job.&&
What is interesting/iritating/maddening is that the actual "GOOGLE" company is allowing these scammers to keep using their name. If anyone could bust/sue/jail them it would be Google, I would think.
