This showed up on my computer screen on Feb. 25, 2010 with alert of virus infection and offer to buy program to clean problem... couldn't do ANYTHING to my computer... wouldn't even shut off, was forced to buy product on my credit card and amount of 76.35$ was taken from my visa card wich was more than the 19.95$ 9.95$ as indicated on promotion.
It's a scam!..I got an icon as tool and nothing in it and my computer has been working badly and acting up since even after an anti-virus cleaning of over 9 hrs was done! I filled in the 30 days money back garenty on their section andnoting was given back. I haven't been able to contact the 800 phone number, email or any thing!
