Online site stated unable to watch show without filling out online questionaire -- did not agree to continual charges stopped entering info yet still getting billed 40 $ a month -- snide tech online absolutely refused to let me speak to a manager and laughed when i asked about reimbursement as have never replied to any text from them ..
