This company is knowingly selling after market Back2Life massagers. They manipulate the consumer by advertsing the Back2Life with the Genuine Infomercial material on their website, which is a copyrite violation. They lure/trick the consumer into buying the Back2Life through them by advertising it as the best price on the internet for $174.99. What they neglect to inform you is that these Back2Life massagers are not authentic. I purchased one of these "authentic" Back2Life massagers from this company. Yes, the box says Back2Life & it looks authentic, but when you try to assemble it, the top part of the base will not properly attach to the body of the machine. I called the company and spoke with "Sean" who I am only assuming is the owner becasue he is the only one I have ever spoken to during my four seperate phone calls. He did NOT sound suprised at all about my problem, which SHOULD have raised a red flag for me.
