This company does not respond to phone or e-mail to customer service

I purchased two replica watches from this company and received incorrect models. There is no response from customer service although the web site prides itself on satisfaction with their service. After speaking with a live customer and billing agent who sent an e-mail to the company headquarters about the incorrect order stating that I wanted to exchange the watches for the models which I had ordered, there has been no respnse to the request. I have sent numerous e-mails to their reps without response.

I have complained to my credit card company which is initiating procedings and canceling the charges. There are several replica watch companies that get their products from China, but are located in Canada. It seems that some if not all of these companies are related and a web site purporting to evaluate these companies with excellent reports may by operated by the comapany or companies that sell the products. Replica 99 advertises that they are approved by the Better Business Bureau, but they are unknown to the BBB.
