Charged Paypal 25% over quote, no response, no contact info, dead end

I wish I had checked complaint before paying for RegCure. They offered $10 off (29.90) so I paid with Paypal (another mistake). I was automatically charge $39.90. The 800 number either does not work or you get a recording that says they're busy so have a good day and check back later. I've sent a string of emails to people in the company and get back computer generated replies. No substance. There is absolutely no contact info on their websites. I put the entire amount in dispute w/ Paypal so that is still going on. This is especially hard to deal with because the company is in Canada & I'm not sure which govt. entitity takes complaints of this kind. Americans: think first before you buy this and at least don't pay with Paypal. Use a credit card so you can dispute it and get your money back.
