Last month I purchased a full version of Upstairs Downstairs for my elderly neighbour for her birthday at a cost of $268.70. I received 3 or 4 conflicting emails in the next 2 days. These ranged from thankyou for your order, goods on back order, order being processed and finally order shipped.
My order arrived fairly quickly and I gave the DVD's to my friend only to learn about a week later that several of the discs had no sound on the last episode of each and the picture jumped, while other discs would not play through.
I have tried since, unsuccessfully, to contact them by email. Now after reading the other complaints on Ripoff I know that to keep trying is a waste of time as we have all been conned.
