This "company" advertised DVD collections of the Mission Impossible TV series. It did not specify that these would be made by copying directly from TVLAND channel by a vendor out of their control. They repeatedly missed delivery dates and sent emails that were useless, contained untruths and were obviously meant to delay actions by me. Even though I ordered this collection on Nov 4, I didnt receive the "collection" until after I started to complain excessively and well after 18 Dec, once I opened them I immediately noted that they were copies of copyrighted material. When I asked for a refund I've received nothing but runarounds and delays.
This is the worst sort of scam business I have ever encountered. I have taken action with this and other compliant boards, internet shopping search engines (pricescan, Bizrate, yahoo shopping etc).
These folks tout 4000 sales a day, 2200 emails a day, 120, 000 satisfied customers a year, etc... what a mound of sh-t.
I havent heard anything from even one satisfied customer..and its hard to imagine 4000 sales a day... perhaps 4000 ripoffs a day?
