I have been using your products for 30 years and never had a problem until I began to use your "wax strips"! I spent over $200.00 on your products to take on a trip and when I got to my destination and attemted to use wax strips, well, they did absolutly nothing. I was very frustrated that the location where I was staying did not have any thing similar. Needless to say I avoided the beach in the Carribean! Very angry! I was unable to return these usless products and am out money as well as a somewhat ruined vacation. I was surprised you are selling that crap out there. I have changed the product I use, not yours anymore... UNSATISFIED AND RIPPED OFF FOR $200.00 IN PEI CANADA!!!
