I Had Gone To Ottawa For a visit To see family members, For a few months. I like to keep in shape, so I checked out the curzons fitness club since I was staying for awhile.
And being a resonable distance from where I was staying. I enrolled into their fitness program, for the duration of three months. I had at the time mentioned I might be coming back to stay that I would enroll with them again, little did i know.
The Sales Representative Hustled me for the additional Personal Training sessions, wich I didn't really want. But I took it, after the second session, I realized that it wasn't for me.
So I went to speak with the customer Service about the matter thinking they could resolve the sitution, that I wanted to cancel. I was then directed to Management who was inconveniently not available and that I should try some other time.
I atempted again and again. Finally I got hold of Management, who was completly unprofessional, rude, literally laughing over the phone saying that it's not his problem and that there was nothing he could do and hung up.
After calling again then finaly going personaly to speak with Management.
Then he suggested maybe I could try to sell the additional 2 personal training sessions wich were left. I'm a paying customer I have the right to change my mind, that I shouldn't have to work for them to get my money back.
Then he comes back saying maybe That they (Curzons Fitness Club) could buy them back from me for a reasonable price. What does that mean reasonable price. Half price is what They (curzons fitness club) suggested.
By then I indeed wanted my money back, how could a company misconduct their business like that. What ever happened to " The Customer is always right. Such inappropriate behaviour from Management who could care less.
What a ripoff, Curzons fitness club don't care about their members. All they care about is to Hustle people, and mistreat their members. All I wanted was to be recredited the last 2 sessions that was left.
