Over charge

Charged my visa for 3 different products when I ordered Dazzle Smile Trial offer.

They are charging me monthly and am having trouble stopping the charges even though

I cancelled my account with them. I have now cancelled my visa card. Hopefully that works.

Beware of Dazzle Smile, My Diet ID. The 3 names showing up with the charges are:
