Fraudulent billing

I asked for the samples. Did not get them. Was phoned by someone in order to verify my "billing details" Upon questioning, he informed me that I would be paying a monthly fee for the product. I stated that I did not want this and I refused billing for it. The person hung up on me! That was 2 months ago so I thought the message got through. Now 3 different charges are on my credit card totalling almost $300!
