How do we stop these people from scarming people out of money.

I have charges on my card for over $200.00 for stuff I have never nor will never receive the charges are from the CPipay.com/SecureEZ.

It was for a free sample of Dazzeling White Pro System.

Please advise how can we stop that... other than the obvious just do not get sucked in.
