Ripoff ON

I am writing this report for my parents. They ordered the ClearVu Super Booster Mini Dish AM/FM Antenna 4 months ago.

They have attempted to call the company several times and they were always put on hold (no 800 number)
After being on hold for 30 minutes plus (each time) they would give up.

I have emailed them repeatedly with NO replies. They have cashed the money order and never shipped the product.

My parents are expecting a refund if we can ever contact the company.
