I enjoy dealing with iPhonenow.ca about as much as sitting in a dentist's chair having teeth extracted. We placed an order for 2 phones using interac online on December 12th, and we did not get shipping confirmation as promised. A phone call was placed on December 14th, and the jerk on the other end of the line was so condescending I hung up. I tried calling back next day, and asking for a supervisor, and still no luck - the excuse was they were out of the country, and their excuse for not giving me an order number was because they were too busy because of the overwhelming amount of orders. And so we waited, and eventually we got a tracking number, but it was invalid. And now there was a warning on the news about this company being a fraud. I want my money back.
