After 17 days, 3 emails and attempts to call about order with no results informed them that process of cancelling charges on credit card were to be started. Recieved on email stating that order was withheld because of one item not in stock and to return email ASAP. Returned email with no results. Wrote email that I would take action if ther was no response. At this point ordered product from someone else and let bank continue with credit card charge cancellation.
