Sears has no way to access "helpful" appliance specifications or access to installers manuals.

Additionally, they kept me on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone who had no idea what I was asking for and kept spewing out information anyone could look up on the internet. Then they transferred me to someone they said "would" be able to help, where I was put on hold for 40 minutes, only to be told they had no help and every answer they would give me was available on-line. And... no "real" complaint department, how convenient. As a cabinet company, I always refer my customers AWAY from shopping at sears. Now I have even more reason to do so. Cheers.
