Accounts Recovery Corp
Crossed the privacy act

My wife picks up the phone buddy on the other end tells her he's from accounts recovery corp and continues to repeat himself asking for me she keeped him on the phone long enough for her to get him to explain my case with her??? So buddy goes in full details telling her who i owe the money too and the amount. This for sure has crossed the Privacy act right??? I know have contact threw mail and no more calls. 5-7 calls a day. What do you think?
