Received letter stating I have won $180, 000 US Dollars. I have not cashed it. The letter instructs me to not cash check until I have talked with Doris or Mac @ 1-416-887-4162. I phoned the number but, the mail box is full. Letter also states "Please note that the organizers will not enter into any correspondence with any winner and there's no obligation to claiming his prize money. All unclaimd prize money will be donated to charity. Letter is from and signed by Chris Evert Client Care Manager Orient Financial Inc. 2000 Queens Ave. Lon. Ont. N6A-1J3 Canada. Letter dated 3/27/2008. I am also instructed after having cashed check I am to use $2, 750.00 for payment of applicable surcharges/Govt.tax due on my winnings. I will receive the balace of $175, 750 dollars on payment of the govt.tax through fedex. I did some research on the internet this morning and have seen where some other individual did cash the check only to find that other money promised has not arrived. Maybe your research will stop someone from being a victim.
