Audrian Solutions attempted to perpetrate a Sweepstakes Bonanza money fraud. I received 2 different checks on September 24, 2007, 1 check was for $2, 280.53 (which was not even listed on the letter they sent me) and the other 1 was for $42, 250.21 which did have the imprinted statement "Neotiable With Surety Bond Certificate Only".
Nowhere did they ask for my SS# nor did they state that the smaller of the 2 checks was to be used/cashed for anything. I did however call the phone on the letter and you could tell it was a room full of people answering the phone and talking, just let a telemarketer.
This check looks very, very real and would pass at a bank easy, the smaller one for sure. The bank would put a small hold on the check and every day or so would release a small portion of the funds until Chase returned the check a fraud. Thanks to everyone out where for the heads ups on this scam. With today's financial hardships and people losing their homes it's awful people would try and create more hardships. Peace
