Sweepstakes Association this company said my name was picked through a drawing and won $250, 000 sent a check for $4980.00 ripoff

I received a letter in the mail with no returned address. The letter said that my name was selected through a sweepstakes drawing and that I won $250, 00.00, they also send a check for $4980.00 that is suppose to be to pay for the taxes. But be for I can act on the letter they wanted me to call this lady name Gloria Thomas at 1 607-779-6348, so I called her she answered the phone and I said "I was calling in reguards of the letter I received and I wanted to know what it was about" shehung up on me.

I called back she didn't answer the phone. The letter also has a name for a Tax Agent name Pamela Nelson and the Promotion Manager is John Garfield.
