I received a letter stating i had rec'd 75.000 credited to file 2007/12/2991a. stating i was one of 72 international winners. they enclosed a cashiers chk for 3900.00, which was 5.2% of my winnings that goes towards my insurance/processing fees, associated with the disbursements of my funds. They gave me an agent to contact, a, ber davos at 1-647-829-7169 as a contact. I went to cash cashiers check, thinking i had won because of previous online registrations, and clerk advised if i try to cash this check anywhere else, i would be arrested and charges would be brought against me...
