American Corporate Alliance Sweepstakes Gave me a check for $4875 and wanted me to send $2950 to the government for taxes via western union or money gram ripoff

I was sent a letter in the mail that had a check for $4875 and instructions to call a Richard Clair within 5 days because I had won more money and that I would need to send $2950 to the government for taxes on the large sum I had won. They instructed me to send it through Western Union or Moneygram. I know that the government does not take this form of payment and if I won this money I can wait until next year to file it with my regular taxes. RIP OFF!
