Integra Financial
Ripoff thieves liars very convincing well trained don't let them get you

I fell for the Integra Financial scam, too, only what they do not realize is that do to a harrassing unknown caller, I have a recorder attached to my line. The rep stated that she knew I had applied recently for a Mastercard and was turned down. I hadn't but just laughed and said, "Yeah go on with your pitch." She told me I would receive a Mastercard with a $2000 limit (I confirmed no less than $2000 with her) and that they would report my timely payments to credit beaureas every 3 months to help me rebuild my credit. Well, my credit sucks so that worked for me! Being a telemarketing manager for several years I knew there was typically a catch so I covered all my bases.

Me: Is this an unsecured card?
Her: Yes, it is.

Me: And your company will be issuing it to me? You are a financial institution?

Her: Yes, ma'am.
(This is untrue. After numerous calls to thier customer service number, I finally got an answer and spoke to Veronica. Thier customer service rep informed me that they are a "benefit program issuing company, not a finanacial institution. Veronica claimed my package would be on it's way soon)

I confirmed every single angle and assumed I had my bases covered. The original rep told me my card would be in the mail to me the very day my bank account was debited... another lie. I am getting married on May 14th and thought this card would be great to have for my honeymoon. At 0% interest for 2 years and then guaranteed to never go above 8.9% after that it sounded like a pure win. After not receiving anything for a couple of weeks I came here and found all of this information. Using suggestions from here, I called Payment Resource International at 1-949-729-1400 and at first got in touch with a guy who told me he could not help me. I called my bank who stated I would have to go down to the main branch and file a fraud claim which would take about 60 days to investigate. I called BACK to 1-949-729-1400 and got in touch with Johnny who requested I call customer service again first. I did this and gave the package another week to arrive. On 4-26, I called 1-949-729-1400 and reached Keeno at ext 233. He took my name and said the money would be back in my account within 2-3 days. It's not there yet, but I trust he will be honest with me judging by others notes. If not, I will definitely report it. Keeno is very nice and helpful... I suggest personally you call Payment Resource International with a nice tone... they are NOT Integra Financial... they only handled acquiring payments for them. Keeno promised my money back with no complaints or questions.

Now, for Integra Financial. Somebody needs to learn a lesson. Call the FTC and report these thieves. The marketers should lose thier jobs, the managers should be fined and the owners should be put away for a long long time for lying and stealing from hard working people. I did telemarketing for years and STILL do it from home. Dishonest telemarketers and companies make me sick and give us hard working honest ones a bad name.
