To all who have ever been taken to the cleaners over the phone. Finally we can start to take back what is rightfully ours. The company in question at this time is now know as Integra Financial Benefits Services whom as of 19 Jan 05 changed there name from Centurion Financial Benefits Services. The reason of the name change is to try and establish a trust with you.

While opperating under Centurion there were numerous complaints with the BBB out of New York, which is where this company is pretending to opperate out of. "Integra " / "Centurion" say they are opperating out of Champlain NY but in all actuality the 866 and 868 #'s they give to you are to an office in Toronto Ontario Canada. The company know as American Getaways/Top Star Media who is privatly owned by one Tony Andreopoulos has put together a call center useing the "Integra" name for its sales to the U.S. In order to find people to call for his sales he purchases your name and address from a lead company for 25c a piece.

They are selling Mastercards for a rate of $249 with a $2000 credit limit with 0% intrest for 3 years no service charge fees, and a promise never to to pay any monthly yearly or anuall fees. Also after the 3 years they will lock you in at an 8%interest rate for life. When you talk to your "representitive" on the phone they will tell you everything you want to hear about the card.

That it is an unsecured card, that it can go to $5000 after 6 months and they report to all 3 credit bureaus to help you re-establish your credit. They will tell you whatever you want to know or want to hear, until you go to verification. At that time when you go on to the "Federally Regulated Lines" if you ask any of those questions on there you will not get the same answers, if any.

They will tell you to wait till the recording is done first so it is not taped and they can give you the same information. If you say yes on the recording and agree to everything there is nothing you can do about what they send to you cause the terms they said are not recorded.

In truth you do not recieve an unsecured Mastercard with a spending limit of $2000. It is a Stored Valued card wich means, if you want to use it you must put money on it first. Like a debit card. The company being in Canada would also have a hard time reporing your credit history to the U.S. bureaus for your credit rebuilding. You will also recieve a package with some free offers. If you use these the company most likly recieves a kickback for those as well. Your representative recieves $20 for every sale that he/she completes and goes through.
So if you are looking into re-establishing your credit, getting a credit card for emergencies, buisness, etc. I dont think this is what you are looking for.

I have made inquiries with Mastercard asking about being in conection with Integra or Centurion as a distributor of Mastercard or as a financial institution that has approval for there cards and terms and at this time I have been told there is no partenership and that it would be further looked into. If you hear of any offers from any of these companies I would check into the fine print befor making a purchase.

Integra Financial Benefits Services, Centurion Financial Benefits Services, Top Star Media, American Getaway Vacations, Global Travel. All these companies are run and or owned by Tony Andreopoulos. These are incorporated names but not registered. You may make inquiries to these companies by calling the above number or visiting the above address.

For future refrence, if you have been taken by a company for money and never recieved exactly what was promised to you or if you did not recieve it in the time in which it was promised. You may file a dispute of claim with your bank and they will help you in retrieving your money for you. I will file any updates to this information for you as I recieve it. Thank You and good luck.
