This company called innovage (formerly DS-max) has numerous complaints previous to this one however I have new light to add to the matter having worked for this company on 2 separate occasions. First time I am fresh out of high school with no work ecperience so I go in for the interview/day of observation eventually to go on I spent a 3 week duration with this organization out of Lethbridge Alberta in which time I LITERALLY lost more money than I ever made with this company on several occasions promise of promotions to leadership (the next phase) but never seeing that promotion. Same story for the past 3 weeks in Calgary Alberta when I again reverted to this degrading field of work, but this time a new twist charging GST with a registered tax id number but what the customers don't know is that the extra change raised from the GST collections was never posted towards the government as required but kept by the reps themselves as extra means of pocket change for spending. Any GST not collected throughout the day was still to be paid for by the reps themselves if not accounted for though. CONSUMERS BEWARE IF YOU ARE IN CANADA AND ARE ASKED TO PAY TAX BY ONE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT PAY IT!!!
