I'm right along with the rest of you. I checked my banking account on line and was floored to see the withdrawal of $139 out of my account. This too caused an overdraft to my account. I am a full-time college student, and my income is very limited at this time.
I contacted my bank that same day and requested a photo copy of this check. I found out the next day what it was, did some research, and walked into the bank with 30 different complaints about the company. They were astonished and we filed fraud papers against the company. My bank was great. They credited my money back, including the overdraft charges.
These people have to be stopped!! I have never given my account out to anyone either. They have NO RIGHT to OUR money!! Good luck to everyone that has been taken for a ride from these people. Go to your bank, copies in hand, and get your money back!
