I worked for DS-Max for 8 months in a Canadian office for clearance. At first I was loving it, it was fun, great people and all. When I left I still enjoyed and reminisced on my time with the company. However, after reading all these reports and complaints on "dsmax-the aftermath", I realize that about 70 or 80 % of the people get corrupted.
It's basically a politics game and as you all know, no one respects politicians, and now I know why.
Our crew (my leader and another leader under him plus whatever new guys we got) was intent on screwing over other people's crews.
Basically if we were partnered up with someone else from a different crew, we would take them to territories we knew very well and give them the "non-juicy places". People were always complaining and usually we would give them the spiel "All territories are the same, just work the territory correctly, you lost your attitude and blah blah".
So now I feel extremely bad and wish I could apologize to all those people but I don't have their phone numbers. I just need to get this off my chest.
My main thing is: Don't join DS-Max unless you are already a total ass-hole.
