AKA Infotel Publications rip-off

Our high school, East Side Union, got ripped off by these guys... three brothers - last name Frank.

They have two facilities I found: 5250 decarie and 1255 university, both in Montreal. They use 100 walnut street and 5 Cotton lane, both in Champlain NY as bogus mailing addresses.
